Our Offering

Mental Training

Players attend 6 sessions a year with a specific mental coach regarding various topics within sport and performance psychology. They will also follow a year long plan of habits and processes that will enable them to strengthen their mental capacity in athletics and life.

Physical Training

These 6 sessions with a dedicated strength and conditioning coach focus solely on improving physical performance and reducing the risk of injury. Younger players will be focused more on speed and agility whereas older players may have intro to weight training opportunities.  Players will also meet with a nutritionist regularly to learn proper nutrition habits.

Technical Training

We provide high level coaching in a professional environment 2-3 times a week. These sessions are on the field with a coach and a ball learning and mastering various technical abilities that are required to be successful as a player. These sessions will take place year round.

Tactical Training

We will run regular online meetings highlighting tactical aspects from actual past games or from professional examples. The sessions will be led by coaches, former professional players, and the director of coaching for the club. For the younger ages, sessions will be centered around general principles of the game, whereas older ages will become more specific and tactical in nature.
